Definitions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the dg411 platform and all associated services. By using our services through the dg411 website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Definitions

Account Security

• Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
• The respective user is responsible for all activity on their account.
• Always log out after signing in on a public or shared device.

Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or address), notify the dg411 support team immediately. dg411 will not be held responsible for any transaction issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Bonuses & Promotions

dg411 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules outlined below apply in all cases.

Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus: bonus amount × 20 times.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dg411 may cancel the bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit, the bonus will be automatically removed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in all games on dg411.

Cricket & Sports Betting

• Betting outcomes depend on the official results of the relevant event.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, dg411 will settle it in accordance with the applicable rules.
• dg411 reserves the right to correct any betting result that is found to be erroneous due to a technical fault.

Casino & Slot Games

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, dg411 will settle it based on the last verified result.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, dg411's server logs shall serve as the final evidence.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on dg411. Engaging in such activities will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Fraudulently claiming or using bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate any game or system.
• Conducting transactions using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Participating in betting schemes where the outcome has been predetermined.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

dg411 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Upon instruction from a court, government body, or law enforcement authority.

Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. All outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any withdrawable balance must be settled before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

dg411 is an entertainment gaming platform. dg411 will not be held liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet connection failure.
• If an issue arises from the user's own device or software.
